About Us
Our Japanese restaurant Sagano, first established in 1995 has been serving locals and tourists around the Gold Coast area for several years. Head chef and owner Hiro has held over 14 restaurants in Australia and over 50 in Japan. With countless numbers of recipes he holds, Hiro takes pride in using fresh ingredients instead of frozen. With his background in Chinese and Japanese cuisine, we have selected the dishes that represents what modern Japanese cuisine entails.
